The Virtual Counselling (VC) project helps to address questions that migrants, who are based in Germany, have about returning home by providing timely, unbiased, and reliable information via digital communications channels such as Skype and Whatsapp. Currently available in 23 countries, the service is free and confidential. This project is funded by the German Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF).
